When should I order my stationery?

It’s best to start the process early. Depending on the time of year we can get extremely busy so in order to ensure the process runs smoothly and your products are delivered on time we need to book ‘your time’ in advance. Please allow 2 months from first consultation to delivery date. To be safe we suggest you visit us 6-8 months prior to the big day, the more time you have the better.


Can I change designs to suit my styling?

Absolutely, all colors, fonts and designs are specifically created to suit your styling and color palette, this is what makes our service so unique. Best of all this comes at no obligation and is free of charge to you. Here at Willowlane we pride ourselves in making sure we achieve the stationery suite you desire.


Do you have a studio where I can view your designs

and paper samples?

Yes ..... our gorgeous studio is located in Double Bay, NSW Australia. Here you will find over 150 individually styled designs to choose from. We recommend you schedule an appointment so that we may discuss your needs further. Alternatively if you can't get to us, please email us at info@willowlane.com.au where we are happy to liaise via email to get your order started.


How long will my order take?

Your order will be completed in 3-4 weeks from the date of your final “APPROVAL”, it can be done sooner if needed for an additional charge.


How much will my stationery cost?

The cost of your stationery can vary depending on the style you choose. Our invitations range from $6-$14, we sell the $8-9 range the most. We do appreciate that you may have a budget and are happy to discuss your options. You’ll be surprised on how cost effect our stationery suites really are!


How much stationery should we order?

Allow one invitation per couple or one per family. Make sure to include interstate, international guests and some spares as well, you may need less than you think.


When do we send our stationery?

Your stationery should reach your guests 8 weeks prior to your day. If you're hand delivering or if your wedding falls on a holiday, we suggest a couple of weeks earlier. We suggest you have your order ready and collected 3 months prior so that you may enjoy the process of delivering your stationery.


What about the reply date?

Your RSVP should be set approx 4-5 weeks prior to the day. 4 weeks if it is a local event and 5 weeks if it is a destination wedding.


What other items might we need?

Other than invitations, you may also need accessories like reply cards, map, wishing well or registry cards, place cards, thank you cards, order of service and menus just to name a few. When it comes to stationery we can arrange all your stationery needs so please speak to one of our creatives who are happy to help.


What about wording and etiquette?

We have wording to suit everyone. We can also supply you with wording and poetry for your wishing well, thank you cards and place cards as well.


Are envelopes included in your prices?

Yes, for all stationery envelopes are included for all pieces requiring one.


Should I order extra invitations or can I get them later?

You should definitely include some spares at the time of placing your  order. It’s advisable to get 10 spares to allow for errors or to accommodate any extra guests. Any additional print order at a later stage requires a minimum of 30.


Can our stationery be printed in other languages?

Yes, we have facilities for most languages. A one off language write up fee of $60 will apply for each language needed.


Do I get to check the wording before our stationery is printed?

Absolutely, in fact you will be given two sets of proofs, one initial proof where changes can be made and then one final proof for your approval.
