Terms and Conditions 1. The ‘Collection and Completion of stationery’ is dependant on prompt payments to Willowlane Studios and timely delivery of text, information, guest list and complete email “APPROVAL” by clients. 2. A minimum of 30 per item must be ordered, if items fall below the minimum a fee of $150 will apply. 3. All orders must be placed in increments of 5’s. 4. A minimum of 3-4 weeks is required for production of order after approval, receipt of guest’s names and deposit is received, whichever occurs latest.If required before 2 weeks a $150 urgency fee will apply, should it be required 1 week prior the urgency fees equate to $200. 5. Names for place cards, table cards and bonboniere along with any menu text, must be supplied a minimum of 21 days (3 weeks) prior to the event date with Order of Service text required 30 days prior. Should this be supplied later an urgency fee of $150 will apply. 6. A 50% deposit of the total amount invoiced is required on commencement of order. Balance for all items to be finalised prior or on collection of those items. 7. Payments can be made by cash, direct deposit, credit card or cheque. If paying by cheque, ordering of stocks and supplies will not commence until the cheque has cleared. Cheques for final payment must be cleared by the bank prior to collection. Payments made by credit card incur an additional 2.5% surcharge on total amount processed at time of payment. Willowlane Studios does not accept Amex or Diners. 8. Any monies paid under an order shall not be refunded in the event of a cancellation by the customer and shall be retained by Willowlane Studios to offset the costs and losses arising as a result of a cancellation. Any costs incurred from action instigated to recover outstanding monies will be charged to the customer. 9. Once a deposit has been placed, orders are not transferable.
10. It is a condition of sale that Willowlane Studios’ website and details are to be listed at the back of all invitations and or matching accessories. 11. All samples produced remain property of Willowlane Studios. Should you wish to retain an invitation as a keepsake an additional invitation must be purchased. 12. Any alterations made once the client has approved the proofs, will be invoiced at an additional $30 per change. 13. Clients will be required to approve all proofs and samples via email. Willowlane Studios does not take any responsibility for spelling or formatting errors. 14. Clients are required to follow exact format specified by Willowlane Studios for personalisation of invitations, addressed envelopes, place cards and/or personalised bonbonniere tags. 15. Willowlane Studios will supply all text and wording via email. Supplements will be charged for any text that must be written up by Willowlane Studios as follows: Invitation - $30.00, RSVP & Gift Registry - $15.00, Order of Service & Guest list template - $30.00 per hour, Map re-design - $50 per hour and a Language write up fee of $60 per language. 16. Delivery charges are not included. Should items require delivery a postage & handling fee will apply. Final prices however will be determined on completion of the job and are dependent on dimensions, weight and location of where the package is to be sent. 17. Many components utilised in Willowlane Studios’ products are exclusive designer items that are in limited supply. Willowlane Studios therefore reserves the right to replace any component with a similar alternative item should one become unavailable. 18. Variations betweens items are characteristic of the hand-made nature of Willowlane Studios products. Colors and textures of papers, ribbons and products may vary slightly from the samples produced and approved within the Willowlane Studios’ design range. 19. Willowlane Studios accepts no responsibility for goods damaged as a result of neglect or poor storage including direct sunlight, dampness, heat, spillages and undue care once the order has been collected and released to you as the customer. 20. Receipt of deposit or email “APPROVAL” signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions. 21. Extensive formatting and sample changes will result in job delays. 22. FINAL edited text and guest lists should be emailed as to avoid delays. Should Willowlane Studios need to completely reflow/reformat txt from scratch a fee of $60 will be charged after the first lot of formatting. 23. Final guest lists should be emailed on ONE (1) spreadsheet. The supply of several spreadsheets may result in missing information which Willowlane Studios cannot add on at a later stage. Missing or incorrect information supplied are not the responsibility of Willowlane Studios. 24. Additions or changes to original guest lists are to be amended and emailed as a whole. Willowlane Studios will then disregard any previous guest lists received. Willowlane Studios will not be held responsible for errors resulting from information supplied in any other format. 25. Courier deliveries are not Willowlane Studios responsibility and are delivered at the clients risk. Goods may be delayed or damaged. We advise no confectionery should be couriered ever. 26. All express postage is charged at $20.00 to the client. 27. Willowlane Studios will not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect orders being placed by the customer. The conditions above do not affect your statutory or common law rights as a consumer.
